Pros: Brilliant and collaborative people, free and delicious breakfast and lunch, state-of-the-art gym (free) with optional paid personal trainers, own office with standing desk & dual monitors, health insurance, 401k match, work-life balance, "do the right thing" value/culture, sick leave policy (unlimited), job security.
Cons: Vacation days (15 to start out + 3 personal days)

+ Easily network with people higher up in the organization
+ Can find friends to do things outside of work
Cons: EDG is a queue. The longer you stay, the more likely you will be let go. It feels like a Tetris game right now since there are no reqs.
