Pros: The freedom to work on projects with various teams of interest. Also, the positive company culture with the right work-life balance is a big plus. If you are open to learn, explore, and perform, then this role is a great fit.
Cons: Not everyone might like technical support. You are helping customers solve problems, and it can get loaded at times, but in the long run, it brings out a great experience.
