Opportunities to change positions.
Free meals (at the moment).
Encouragement of continued education through book clubs and tuition reimbursement.
Has changed the scene of scientific computing, making the design of complex systems simple for engineers without a strong programming/math background.
Cons: The recent growth of the company has made it slightly sclerotic and bureaucratic.
