Pros: Projects with the development teams are fun. Great work-life balance. Great people; developers are very nice to work with.
Cons: EDG intern meetings are unrelated to the projects and may take some valuable time away from the projects.

Pros: + Free food and gym
+ Easily network with people higher up in the organization
+ Can find friends to do things outside of work
Cons: EDG is a queue. The longer you stay, the more likely you will be let go. It feels like a Tetris game right now since there are no reqs.
