Pros: Good food, comfortable life for people in pilot and consulting groups. Plus, no targets. Just like priests in a temple let the customer feel awed about it. Earlier, MathWorks was good as a lot of new ideas. Now it's idol worship.
Cons: Due to high revenue, a lot of money was spent on leisure, which makes it difficult to be employable anywhere else.
