I had two rounds of interviews. Both were telephonic.
1st round was with the project manager. They asked me basic questions in C++ like RAII, STL containers, and so on.
2nd round was with a technical person. They asked more in-depth C++ questions related to virtual functions, virtual tables, runtime polymorphism, and so on.
Questions
In-depth C++ questions:
- When are the vtable and vptr created and how?
- What happens in the case of a pure virtual function?
- Shared pointer class design.
