Pros: Regular 9-6. Less pressure if you don't take it to heart. Freshers have some weird, glorified customer support job. They are culled mercilessly.
Cons: Old technology, huge tech debt which they are trying to remove. You will not move ahead in your career if upper management doesn't like you.
