I applied for a senior role. The process involved a manager call, followed by an HR call, a phone screen, and a virtual onsite.
The onsite required a presentation covering my background and a project of interest.
It was an overall great experience for the onsite, and the team seemed lovely. However, after spending two weeks creating and perfecting a presentation, and then dedicating six hours to interviews, I was ghosted by the recruiter. It has now been six weeks since the onsite. I am presuming it's a rejection.
This might be a great place to work, but be aware that they may waste your time if they choose. Overall, I wouldn't recommend applying here if you have other opportunities.
