After I submitted my application, a recruiter first reached out to me for a non-technical phone interview. This was before scheduling a technical phone interview two weeks later.
The technical interview was conducted over the phone, as well as with a code-sharing website.
Both the recruiter and technical interviewer were very pleasant throughout the process. The technical questions were fairly easy too, though I didn't do well on them.
