Pros: Good starting pay.
Good career if you are from a Non-CS background and want a semi-IT job.
Work-life balance is decent overall.
Profit sharing, company outings, year-end parties, and internal sports tournaments are all good enough.
Cons: Starting off in the EDG department can be a pain, and work-life balance might get affected. MathWorks believes working in support will make the engineer understand the pain of the users, but the stress level can be high in EDG.
Growth may not be great for someone from a CS background.
