The process was very streamlined. I applied sometime in early February and immediately received an online assessment (OA). This OA consisted of two LeetCode-style questions: one graph-based and the other based on intervals. It also included multiple-choice questions in MATLAB.
Later, I was contacted by the hiring manager to schedule a brief 15-minute interview. During this call, she discussed the company and asked behavioral questions (BQ) along with some questions about my resume.
The final round comprised three back-to-back interviews over four hours: a Technical interview, followed by a Manager interview, and then an HR interview.
The Technical round involved an object-oriented programming (OOP) based question and a LeetCode-style question, in addition to some project-related inquiries. The subsequent two rounds were strictly behavioral.
The overall interview process was very smooth. I received a verbal offer within three working days, followed by the formal offer. The entire process took approximately two months.
