The company attended my university's career fair, and I applied through that channel.
The initial phone screening was with HR, a completely behavioral interview conducted by an HR representative.
The second phone interview was entirely technical. My interviewer was a software engineer currently working at Mathworks. A lot of questions were asked in a rapid-fire manner, covering basic computer science concepts. Be prepared for numerous questions during this phase. Some examples I recall include converting between finite state machines and the Big O notation of several sorting algorithms.
The third interview was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. This interviewer was a technical recruiter. I was stumped by an Object-Oriented Design (OOD) question during this phase. It was unexpected, and my interviewer presented it as a brainteaser.
Overall, the interview process was good.
