Pros: Products are used by engineers and scientists worldwide.
You get to make tools for aero/auto industries and at the same time understand their use cases and requirements.
Cons: Flat hierarchy (both a con and pro).
This means not a lot of promotions.
Tech stack is very specific to MathWorks.
CS engineers might find it difficult to keep up with the latest tech stack.
Amazing company for Mechanical/Electrical/Aero engineers.

Pros: It's one of the best places to work. MathWorks has a great culture which never makes one feel like leaving the organization.
Cons: Pay is moderate compared to other companies for similar positions.
