Standard "MathWorks" interview that started with a 45-minute presentation, followed by one-on-one meetings with all team members, the team manager, and HR.
The interview lasted over 6 hours.
Everyone was extremely friendly.
Beware: due to exhaustion (and the friendly atmosphere), you lower your barriers and start talking with people as if they are your friends. As a result, I'm sure I said some things that I shouldn't have, thus projecting the wrong image.
One more thing I want to mention: an HR representative tried to pry my age out, not very skillfully. My advice to HR: do your homework by going to WhitePages.com before the interview. This way, a prospective candidate will not have a reason to suspect age discrimination.
