I applied through Mathworks' website at midnight, and their HR replied to me the exact next morning to schedule a phone screen. The questions were all about background and behaviors:
- Why did you apply to us?
- Why do you think you can contribute to us?
- How did you work with multitasking and under pressure?
- When will you be available to work? Did you plan to apply for OPT?
Then the HR asked me to choose a topic for the technical phone screen, which included CS, control systems, signal processing, and more.
I hope I can pass the next one.
