It was good generally. The interview question was not too hard. I applied online and received an online assessment the next day. Then, a recruiter reached out and scheduled a phone screen interview. I passed the phone interview and then the onsite interview. I am still in the interview process now.

Pros: MathWorks, as an idea and culture, is fantastic. People really believe in the mission statement: "to accelerate the progress of science and engineering." People have a lot of respect for one another, for our customers, and for math, science, and engineering.
90% of the workers are focused on the team and are wonderful coworkers who are conscientious and give generously of their time to help ramp up new workers.
The company is very stable.
Cons: Not everyone is eager to share knowledge. There are enough who are and are great mentors so that you can grow--but still, it seems that some of the more curmudgeonly employees could use a reminder of the core values.
