Process

  1. Sent an email to arrange a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 1 hour, covering general information and technical questions, split evenly. It was surprising that they asked you to solve technical questions instead of asking "Do you know xxx?" during the first phone call.

  2. Full-day onsite interview.

    • A 1-hour presentation about your education and experience.
    • Five 1-on-1 interviews afterward, including lunch.
    • Four of these interviews were with technical personnel asking relevant technical questions.
    • One interview was with an HR person advertising the benefits of being hired by the company.
  3. They called and moved on to the background/reference check the next day. Received an offer after a week.

Questions

All tech questions are entry-level math and programming questions, which I've solved hundreds of times in college. As long as you have a degree in the relative field and are familiar with their product, you won't have any problem.

Go through their customer tutorial; it's a must-do.

Though they are not hard questions, a 5-hour interview without a second of break still drove me crazy. Yes, the lunch is also a part of the interview, for sure.
