Most of the internal software infrastructure (like for integration testing, tracking bugs, source control, etc.) and internal practices (like the software development cycle) were developed within the company in the past. As a result, they are outdated and inefficient compared to the solutions available in the market.

The primary tech is not open source. A lot of what you learn might not be of use once you leave the company.
