EDG, which is a great program at MathWorks, has been ruined by Indian EDG culture. People should understand that there is a difference between a support person and a technical support person. EDG is a bad program in India. It works for very few people.
Very old codebase. Not too intuitive to understand either. Old technologies used.
Poor WFH culture. Although it's not easy, it could be adapted.
Not many perks. Just a few.
