Great people, impactful work, and the ability to try new things.
Slow to move up. Pays slightly lower than industry avg.
I came in for an interview for the EDG Engineer position. First, note that an EDG Engineer is basically a glorified customer service representative, which turned me off to the position. Anyways, during the interview, they asked standard math and MAT
Applied online as a mechanical engineer. Received a HireVue video interview and a Codepad coding challenge. Completed both and was rejected after about two weeks. I feel I got most of the questions right, but you don't get the score or any feedbac
The process was really smooth. However, the OA was mostly a C++ OOP design problem, which was tough. There were also a lot of general math questions in the OA. After that, it was smooth sailing.
