Video interview: unfortunately, I missed one of the basic HR questions sent in the spam email. For the coding interview, it was fairly doable. I would recommend the usual LeetCode prep for it.

Very fast. If you are qualified, they push your resume through very quickly. It is important to show energy and be able to communicate well. Be a normal person and have a conversation. Do not just 'spit up' things you learned in school.
