The best company I've seen or heard of, a.k.a. the company that gives everyone an office!
Everything about MathWorks was great (almost everything):
- Awesome Product
- Awesome People
- So much respect
- Reasonable expectations
- Lots of fun
- Interesting Work
- Many other good things
The salary is not that good. I'm not 100% sure, though. I moved to the West Coast, and I hear salaries are higher here anyway. I also moved to an industry which generally pays higher.
