Lots of exposure to customers from different industries and domains. A highly reputed company. Very structured. Lot of emphasis on training employees and on continuous learning. Strong corporate culture with a focus on core values. Privately owned, so it can focus on long-term goals and is thus very stable.
The work environment can initially be perceived as inflexible to change by people who have worked in other, possibly faster-moving, companies.
