The Bangalore office is a bad place to work
- Pretty chilled life. No need to work at all and still can hang around.
- Pretty much no threat from competition.
- Low pay and benefits.
- Bad review process.
- Too many processes. Even to get a monitor, you might need to wait for months.
- Everything is tightly controlled by HQ, and those guys have no idea how things should work here in Bangalore.
- No WFH. Seriously! In this era, this is ridiculous.
- The company is outdated and not a fascinating place to work at all. Working here will make you outdated.
No advice. Every company has a shelf life unless it is pumping in people with new ideas. If old people don't allow new thoughts, then the company would reach its shelf life one day for sure.
