They hire people from IITs and give them substandard pay, making them do tech support jobs. They hire with false promises and false hope. Once you enter the company in a tech support role, you're screwed!
There are a lot of low-level politics that happen in the company. Growth is near zero.
Please give real data when you come for recruitment to colleges and don't mislead students who are seeking jobs.
