Work-Life Balance. Friendly people. Good campus.
No will to innovate. Too many meetings for things that can be done over email. The entire focus is to meet metrics, not innovate. Archaic work-from-home policy. "This is how it's always been done, so let's not change it" mentality.
Learn to prioritize things. Sometimes getting features out is more important than fixing bugs that are experienced by only one person in the world.
Middle management is completely incompetent and works only for achieving metrics. There's no actual will to grow and innovate.
