Contacted by HR. The interview process started with a half-hour phone call with the Hiring Manager. I was invited for a five-round interview onsite, including with the hiring manager. The questions were fairly easy, but they wanted all of them to be written on paper, which was tedious. There was no technical discussion, just simple programs. Most of the interviewers seemed to be in a different zone, maybe not in sync with the current market. I wouldn't blame them, as that's what happens when you're in the same company for a long time.

Finally, the offer was low compared to my expectations.
