Software Development Interview Experience - Cork, Ireland

It was a telephone interview with two individuals. By name, I believe one was a senior employee from Intel and the other from McAfee. They seemed very kind, and both knew what they were doing, both technically and psychologically.
It was a fairly easy interview if you have the knowledge accredited on your CV. Other than that, there were very few personal questions and many technical ones.
I don't personally have anything to compare against, but I think the overall experience was very good.
