Worst Experience Ever.

I was interviewed for an SDE role in Bangalore. The recruiter contacted me directly by phone. I had seen Glassdoor reviews stating the company has a poor HR team and that people had many negative experiences, but I didn't believe them as it is a standard MNC company with good fame.

After all the rounds, they informed me I was selected and later sent an offer proposal. I accepted it that day. They took the reference check, payslips, and other details, but there was no further communication.

I was waiting for the offer letter, and since they didn't inform me of anything, I emailed HR asking for my interview update. Their response was, "Business internally decided to close the position."

If they had a minimum idea of how important a job is to a person and their family, they could have simply sent an email regarding the same. This is a totally useless company, and the team is the worst. They say you are selected, propose an offer, and later decide to close the position. It's a complete waste of time to get interviewed here. They don't value the candidate or their time.

If you are on a serious job hunt, it's better not to even consider this company in the first place. The whole interview process took one month, and it was just a waste.
