If you are a female, don't waste your time interviewing with them. The interviewer's attitude suggested that females are not suited for challenging roles. That's how they talk. If they are looking for modern C++, that should be clarified before the first round, not after wasting someone's time on weekdays for four hours.
My first interview was for one hour, the second for two hours. In the third interview, the interviewer kept asking questions on C++11 and asked me to code, even though I stated I don't have working experience in C++11 and above. I even provided theoretical explanations. He decided not to hire a female and then tried to collect reasons to reject me.
Female candidates, please don't waste your time. The interviewers display too much attitude. I will never return here, even if I get a chance. I have completely lost the respect I had for this company.
They do not value problem-solving skills at all and do not provide problem-solving coding questions. They believe someone's talent is based on knowing a specific version of a language.
First round: basics. All 3 rounds were in C++ using multithreading. No DSA or coding. They don't value your problem-solving skills at all.
