I applied online. The process took two months.

I received the first call one month after applying online.

There were four interviews:

• Interview with the line manager
• Director in the US
• Director in Asia
• Sales manager

They were very polite, and the questions were about my previous experience, expectations, and the role itself.

After a long time without hearing anything, I checked the website's application form, and there was a message saying "not selected."

I had to check the Intel security website to see this message because the positions on the McAfee website were not updated.

There was no feedback or email afterward.

My advice for HR would be: please provide feedback to the applicants, as we deserve some respect during the process. It is very important to know if the process is ongoing or concluded.
