Under the current CEO, McAfee has become a city of chaos, ruled by incompetent leadership. Until 2023, it was one of the best companies to work for. Since then, the focus seems to have shifted almost entirely toward repeated layoffs rather than innovation or long-term product vision.

Software Engineer
I sat down in a chair and then rotated through a questionnaire and personality test. Then, interviewers conducted an interview. It was pretty short overall, though, compared to what I've seen previously, where it was 2 hours and multiple steps.
