No pros, only mental stress I felt. When I joined, they won't give time to adjust and manager thinks we should know their product completely before joining, even after doing so much work. No one has knowledge about the product properly and they pressurise new joinees.

Manager is not at all knowledgeable and he simply says yes to what seniors say and does not have his own decisions, which is why managers should have strong knowledge in the product and no cultural activities. HR never shows interest in asking employees about their work-life balance; after I left, so many people left the same team, and at least then management should know about that team and manager.
