It is a very good company and you could learn more technologies.
As I know, no cons.
A recruiter pinged me on LinkedIn. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and lastly, I completed an onsite interview. The whole process lasted for 4 weeks. Nothing fancy, just a normal IT company's interview process.
I got a call and gave an on-site interview. There were two people who basically asked me about my project and finally gave me one simple C program to reverse the bits of a 32-bit number. The interview was pretty easy.
Number of technical interviews: 4. One telephonic, three face-to-face. First, the project and requirements were explained. Very good questions were asked, relevant to the job and current project.
