We did an initial screening and sent a link for the behavioral interview online. It's timed, but no one is really watching you while you do this interview. Then came the online technical assessments in the language of your choice, followed by the final interview, which consists of both behavioral and technical portions. The technical interview basically goes through your input from the online technical assessments.
