After completing the HackerRank, you talk to a manager. However, this talk with the manager for me wasn't a conversation on my skills; it was just a textbook quiz on OOP/Databases with questions trying to trick you.
Not very professional or an accurate way to measure my background. Being booksmart on obscure computer science knowledge does not mean you're a good developer.
