Easy and relaxed. I had a cool guy interviewing me. He had a cool vibe, and I really liked him. I thought he was gay, but he was straight and had a wife and kids. I still tried to shoot my shot, but he rejected me but still gave me the job.

There were lots of questions. It took over an hour. This was odd, considering engineering roles tend to be based more on skills rather than long-term career prospects. Taylor ice cream machine knowledge is a must.
