McDonald's Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Applied online. The first interview involved two LeetCode hard problems and behavioral questions. The second was with HR. I can't disclose anything about the final round, but it was difficult. They focus a lot on behavior.

Rigorous yet fair SWE interview process. Professional and transparent, with a challenging but relevant technical assessment. The team was supportive and engaging. Overall, a comprehensive and constructive experience. Highly recommend.

Very easy-going questions were very confusing, but I got through it. A very nice manager; after the interview, he offered me free lunch. He then asked me for my phone number. I said I had a boyfriend and told him he could never get this. We laughed.
