Educate your staff well on professionalism and be open to listening to employees.

Senior Software Engineer
90-minute programming exercise on a personal ServiceNow instance, followed by a three-person panel interview. Simpler than normal for senior developer positions. The focus was on DevOps migration to ServiceNow.
Backend
It was good and casual. I was asked a couple of basic questions. I talked about my goals and also how I am, but it was my first job so I had no experience.

There is only one interview, but it seems there is no management, and the one responsible for management is an old man. He didn't have enough experience to conduct an interview for the mentioned position.
