Process

First it was a normal interview with People (HR). Then, they send you an exercise to solve in a week. When you finish it, you send it, and after some time they call you for a technical interview.

In the technical interview, they ask you different questions about how you solved the exercise, going through different parts of the solution (reviewing the code you wrote). They also add questions to deepen your technical knowledge, outside of the solution.

In the end, in my case, they added two exercises for me to solve on the spot, allowing me to do so with pseudocode. In this case, they were looking to evaluate problem-solving and algorithm optimization skills.

After receiving the offer, they give you a "change test", which does not affect the offer received at all.

Questions

Why did you choose that solution? Do you think it can be improved? If you had more time, what would you have added?
