It started with an interview with a recruiter. They were kind and approachable. It was more of a discovery phase. Then, if you pass, you go to the coding portal to solve an algorithm problem. If you pass, you then have a technical interview. Here it's worth mentioning that they were very approachable and friendly; it flowed very naturally. Finally, they send you for physical exams and to upload documentation.
Even without uploading the documentation, they had already sent me for physical and occupational exams. After this, they didn't call back, nor did I receive feedback, even though the occupational physician mentioned that everything was fine. I wrote to the recruiter, but they didn't reply, so the wear and tear of the process remained.
