Everything was fine until the technical test. It was on a platform with multiple-choice questions and algorithms. I believe this type of test would better evaluate a student or a recent graduate than an engineer with 15 years of experience who spends their day solving complex problems in real systems.

The main objective is to understand what I was doing in my current job and not what I could do for them.
