1. You fill out a Google Form.
2. Afterwards, they send you a cognitive test and an exercise on HackerRank.
3. If you pass, the interview with HR follows.
4. The technical interview comes next, where they may ask you about what you did in the exercise.
5. Finally, they call your references.
