This approach surpasses the usual generic inquiries often posed by human interviewers, leveraging AI's capability to generate more personalized questions.

I truly see this as the future of interviews, particularly in the initial stages.

However, I noticed a slight drawback: the AI tended to concentrate excessively on my most recent experiences and the aspect of security. Therefore, be prepared for numerous questions concerning your latest role.

Regarding the job offer, I'm skeptical about the company's intentions to extend offers to many candidates. There's a circulating rumor suggesting their primary goal is to use candidates to refine their interview AI for future sales, rather than genuinely seeking new hires. Hence, it's wise not to harbor too many expectations.

Nonetheless, I find this innovative interview format intriguing and recommend trying it for the experience.
