Atypically for the industry, their thoughtful, intentional interviewing process was spread out across multiple days.
This was my absolute favorite interviewing process ever, and I've been through quite a few of them. Nothing about the process seemed arbitrary or weird.

Pros: WLB is pretty balanced, and there is always a good sense of people who want everyone to succeed as much as possible (whether it comes to learning and writing Haskell, new AI tooling, specing out new greenfield projects, etc.).
Cons: Proper prioritization of impactful projects.
