Pros: Hands down the best place I've worked at.
It's very team-dependent, but the team I was placed on (as an intern) was genuinely the nicest bunch of people I've met. None of them had any airs, and it was really a pleasure to learn and work alongside them.
Cons: I have no complaints, apart from the fact that return offers weren't handed out at the end of the internship to performing interns.
