First, I spoke with a recruiter who did a great job describing the process. The second and third rounds were interviews with two individual contributors (ICs), and I answered all of the technical questions correctly.
I was surprised to hear that they didn't want to move forward.

Pros: Salary is on the higher end. The team is very knowledgeable.
Cons: You don't see daylight at all. It's a stressful environment 99.99% of the time. Daily meetings and changes in the roadmap are very common. If you care about the stability of your job, it's not a good place for you. I was laid off after 3 months since their budget allocation changed.
