The interview process lasted all day, 8 hours of interviewing for 2 different positions. This was hinted at in advance.
They pay for you and one other person to travel to Boise, look around, and stay at a nice hotel.
There are 2 interviews per position: one with each department's leaders and one with the department's upper management.
