I was contacted for an HR phone screening, about 30 minutes long, for a diffusion process engineer position initially.

After that, I had another HR representative call me from their headquarters in Boise, ID. They informed me that I was being interviewed for a CVD equipment engineering position, a diffusion process engineer position, and a diffusion equipment engineer position, all at the same time.

Then, I had a 1-hour phone interview with the CVD manager and a diffusion process engineer simultaneously. It was a bit confusing, but they asked me some basic SPC-related questions and gave me a situational engineering question to see how I process things.
