Spoke with the recruiter over the phone.
Then spoke with a team of senior engineers and management.
Asked a few questions regarding my experience and educational background.
HR e-mailed me the next day with an offer.
Declined because:
- I was currently in a master's program.
- The commute was 90 minutes each way.
- The required hours were 8 am to 5 pm.
It just seemed like too much to juggle at the time. Under different circumstances, I certainly would have accepted. It was a very positive interview process.
